Step 1: Initial Consultation
You'll work directly with me, the owner and lead designer, from start to finish. We'll meet to discuss your event details, style preferences, color palette, venue, and budget. I'll share my expertise and ideas, show you examples of my work, and get to know your unique vision.

Step 2: Custom Proposal
After our consultation, I'll personally create a detailed proposal with design concepts, flower selections, and pricing tailored specifically to your event.

Step 3: Design Refinement
We'll work together to refine the design until it's exactly what you envision. You'll have my direct attention throughout the entire planning process.

Step 4: Reserve Your Date
Once the proposal is approved, you'll send a signed contract and 50% non-refundable retainer to officially reserve your date and secure my services for your event.

Step 5: Final Details
As your event approaches, I'll confirm all details with you including delivery, setup times, and any last-minute adjustments.

Step 6: Event Day
I personally oversee all setup and installation. For large-scale events and installations, I work with my professional team to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly for your event.

I recommend booking your consultation as early as possible, especially for weddings and large events. Popular dates (particularly during peak wedding season) can book up 6-12 months in advance. However, I'm happy to work with shorter timelines when possible.

What should I bring or prepare for my consultation?

For your initial consultation the only information that you need is your event date, location, estimated guest count, and if you happen to have any inspiration photos or color swatches. If you have a specific budget in mind, let me know so I can create a design that works for you. Most importantly, come ready to share your vision and ideas! Even if you have no idea what you want, I am happy to help you create a custom design for you. 

Absolutely. During your consultation, we'll discuss your budget openly and honestly. I'll create a floral design plan that maximizes beauty and impact within your investment. I work with a range of budgets and can suggest alternatives to achieve your desired aesthetic while respecting your financial parameters.

While I specialize in custom event florals and installations, I also create arrangements for everyday occasions. 

Every event is unique, and pricing varies based on your specific design preferences, flower selections, and event scale. Here are some starting price points to help you plan:

Individual Items:

• Bridal bouquets starting at $200+
• Bridesmaid bouquets starting at $45+
• Boutonnieres starting at $25+

Full Event Investment:
Most of our wedding and event clients invest between $5,000 - $50,000+ for their complete floral design. Final pricing depends on the types of flowers, seasonality, design complexity, and the scope of your event. During your consultation, we'll discuss your budget and create a design that brings your vision to life within your investment.

What happens if I need to change my event date?

I understand that plans can change. Please contact me as soon as possible if your event date changes, and I'll do my best to accommodate your new timeline.
